Only the dates Feb 28 – Mar 8 will appear when the checkbox is selected. The published form will obviously have all checkboxes active.

Name

Cast members must be available for all performances and scheduled rehearsals. You will only be called to the rehearsals you need to attend; you will be informed of these rehearsal calls weekly.

Please list any dates and times when you are unavailable for rehearsals.

Absences are not allowed during tech week or performances (Apr 20 - Apr 26).
