Thank you for being part of Curtain Up! The Best of Broadway! Your feedback helps improve future shows. This survey covers the audition process, orientation, rehearsal and tech week/performance experience, as well as your overall impressions.

At the end of the survey, we ask for your name and email address. Only the webmaster will have access to that personal information, and it will not be shared with anyone in the cast or on the board. You will be asked at the end of the survey if you wish to share your personal information with the board.

You will also be asked if you would like to receive an email with your survey answers.
