Volunteer Duties

Box Office Duties

• Please arrive 45 min before show.
• Use provided app on your phone or a printout to check in patrons – EASY & FUN!
• Light cleaning around Box Office.
• Check theatre/bathroom trashcans.
• Watch show at no cost.

Concessions Duties

• Please arrive 45 min before show.
• Accept donations from patrons for water and candy.
• Check theatre/bathroom trashcans, clean up around area.
• After show, restock and put away provisions.
• Watch show at no cost.

Usher

• Please arrive 45 min before show.
• Handout playbills.
• Assist with seating of seniors; may include moving walkers and wheelchairs as needed.
• Light cleanup in theater area before/after show.
• Check trashcans in theater/bathrooms.
• Watch show at no cost.
